Pricing Policy
Prices are determined based on experience, education, skill level, area of expertise, and service specializations. Rizos will be committed to staying current on the latest trends and techniques, thus enabling the stylist to provide impeccable service and the most fashionable styles. Our confidence in the value we provide our clientele will be backed up with our service guaranteed policy.
Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
We guarantee absolute satisfaction in the services and products we provide our clientele, and if for any reason we do not meet expectations we will “Make the Situation Right!” Feel free to call or email your stylist directly with any concerns you may have. It is our objective at Rizos to ensure every customer fully appreciates and values the services and products we provide.
Cancellation Policy
There will be a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Failure to keep an appointment may result in a compensation charge being added to your next visit (usually amounts to 50% of service that was scheduled). This is required due to the high demand of our stylist time. Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration.
